2023 will mark the official launch of a whole new canteen service: the Mewar Cafe!
The students held a competition to give our tuckshop its very own name with the most common theme referencing the Platypus living along the banks of the school's rainforest. The Jinibara name for Platypus is Mewar.
The P&C has conducted two surveys of families to take into consideration the reworking of the service, its days of operation and the overall variety on the menu. Whilst all feedback has been welcome, some suggestions were unable to be included due to the restrictions within the Education Department's Healthy Choices guidelines.
