Australia's Biggest Child Safety Lesson


​As part of Day for Daniel on Friday 26 October 2018 you are invited to join our online broadcast of Australia's Biggest Child Safety Lesson. 

The 2018 lesson will teach personal safety strategies for children 3 to 8 years, it will be fun and interactive. 

All you need is an internet enabled device that can stream video content with audio.

Last year over 100 000 children watched the lesson at the same time. Make sure your students and children don't miss out on this once a year opportunity to be a part of this amazing event.

On the Day our day we will encourage students to Wear Red and Donate a gold coin donation with all proceeds raised going to the Daniel Morcombe Foundation. Our walk will occur on our school oval with all students meeting in the oval shed at 9:00am to walk proud in their red colours around the oval. 

At 9:30am our P-3 students will move to the Hall to take part in a live presentation presented by the Daniel Morcombe Foundation.  Australia’s biggest Safety Lesson has been developed using age appropriate evidence based personal safety education strategies for children ages prep to year 3.  Topics covered include:  Understanding feelings, recognising body clues, looking after by body and body ownership.
